BEST OF SHOW PROGRAM: At each Festival, a committee of members belonging to the Torrey Pines Kiwanis Club judges all the participating artists on criteria that include originality, skill and technique, presentation and framing, as well as an unassuming marketable appeal. As you wander the Festival, look for the "Best of Show" ribbons. The committee will then select one artist to be offered the Featured Artist title at the next year’s Festival.
