La Jolla's legendary bookseller, Warwick's Books, will host entertaining events and book signings with nationally recognized authors (www.warwicks.com). Is that chocolate I smell? Not only will your favorite food vendors from past years be on hand, but also internationally-known choclatier, Clay Gordon. will give pointers on buying, tasting, and enjoying fine chocolate. About the Festival: The La Jolla Festival of the Arts is among the top rated art shows in California. The Festival hosts over 190 award-winning local and national artists displaying watercolors, oils, sculpture, serigraphs, fine jewelry, photography, and more. Event attendees can also enjoy a variety of cuisines in the festival food area, listen to live entertainment, participate in special events, and stimulate young minds in a dedicated children's area with interactive booths. Produced annually by the Torrey Pines Kiwanis Foundation, proceeds from the Festival support recreational and educational programs for San Diegans with disabilities. More recently, funds from this Festival are providing recreational and rehabilitative services to injured veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. Thank you for your support!
